Refrigeration is its own trade. It involves sealed systems under pressure, refrigerant handling that is regulated by the EPA, airflow design, defrost logic, and increasingly complex electronics. A technician who spends the morning on a dryer belt and the afternoon on an oven igniter sees a refrigerator only now and then. Our technicians see refrigerators all day, every day. That repetition is what makes a fast, accurate diagnosis possible.
How we work
- We explain before we charge. You get a diagnosis in plain English and a written price before any repair work begins.
- We tell you when not to repair. If a repair does not make financial sense, we say so.
- We guarantee our labor. 90 days on labor, and parts carry the manufacturer's warranty — usually one year.
- We respect your home. Shoe covers, floor protection for built-in pull-outs, and a clean work area when we leave.
Licensed, insured and EPA 608 certified
- EPA Section 608 certified. Every one of our technicians holds EPA Section 608 certification. Federal law requires it to open a refrigeration system or handle refrigerant. It is what allows us to replace compressors and repair refrigerant leaks instead of telling you to buy a new refrigerator.
