Information we collect
When you submit a service request, we collect your name, phone number, ZIP code, appliance brand and a description of the problem. When you call us, our phone system may record the number you called from. If analytics is enabled, we collect anonymous usage data such as pages visited and device type through Google Analytics.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your service request, schedule and complete the repair, send an invoice, and follow up about warranty or reviews. We may send a text message related to your appointment if you agreed to be contacted by text.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (for example, email and scheduling software) and when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us. Reply STOP to any text message to opt out of texts.
Nevada residents
Nevada residents may submit a request directing us not to sell covered information (NRS 603A). We do not sell covered information, but you may still contact us with any request.
