Luxury and everyday brands, one specialist
Built-in refrigerators from Sub-Zero, Thermador, Viking, Miele and Monogram are engineered differently from freestanding refrigerators. They mount the compressor on top, run panel-ready doors with precise hinges, and often use brand-specific control systems. Everyday brands like Samsung, LG, Whirlpool and GE have their own well-known weak points — ice makers that freeze up, linear compressors, defrost systems, and control boards. We repair both groups and price our diagnostic accordingly.
Brands without their own page — Hisense, Amana, Haier, Hotpoint, Insignia, Midea, Beko, Smeg and the rest of the list above — are repaired the same way. Many are built on the same platforms as the brands with pages — Amana by Whirlpool, Hotpoint and Haier alongside GE Appliances, Electrolux alongside Frigidaire — so the parts and failure patterns are familiar.
If your refrigerator is still under factory warranty, call the manufacturer first — warranty work is free to you. If the warranty has expired, or the manufacturer cannot schedule you quickly, we can help.
Frequently asked questions
Do you use original manufacturer parts?
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts for luxury brands and for any component where fit or calibration matters, such as control boards, sensors, compressors and sealed-system components. For some generic parts on mainstream brands we may offer a quality aftermarket option, and we always tell you which one you are getting.
My brand is not listed. Can you still help?
Probably. Many refrigerators sold under store or lesser-known brands are built by the same handful of manufacturers. Call with the model number from the label inside the fresh-food compartment and we will tell you right away.
